The Penning Group has implemented strict safeguards to protect every client’s information provided to the Penning Group. There is no unauthorized access to our clients’ nonpublic and private information. These protections include appropriate physical,electronic and procedural practices. Access to clients’ information is restricted to only those individuals within the Penning Group who need to know a clients’ non-public information to assist in providing services to the clients. We educate all individuals at the Penning Group about the requirement of strict confidentiality and privacy for every client’s information.
